Ini tipikal Start Up yang gak akan bisa bertahan lama di industri. Terutama untuk
Tim Developer plugin ini. Error terkait gmaps di console log masih banyak, fitur2
yang ga perlu pun dimasukin, contoh seperti GoSend, Grab itu gak ada yg butuh untuk
di website, udah ada marketplace yg gantiin. Fitur yg paling penting malah diabaikan,
seperti default payment method COD sebagai primary, pengisian cukup kecamatan saja,
jangan dihitung dari kode pos. Lucunya, fitur aktifkan COD udah dimatikan lewat 
plugin biteship dan biaya admin COD masih tetap muncul di bagian checkout. Plugin
berbayar paling “asal jadi” yang pernah saya pakai. Masih banyak lagi kekurangan
yg lain, intinya UX nilainya bintang 1. Pelayanan CS pun terlalu template. Absolutely
saya gak akan perpanjang subscription.

Plugin-nya bagus, integrasinya mudah dan fiturnya terus dikembangkan (seperti multi-
origin). Harganya pun reasonable. Tapi yang benar-benar membuat Biteship ini recommended
adalah support-nya: hands-on, one-on-one dan tidak berhenti hingga masalahnya tuntas!

Baru pernah dapat support yang luar biasa begini. Sampai dibuatin WA grup. Developer
dan tim-nya sangat helpful mau bantu one on one. Dan akhirnya problem bisa solved
dengan baik. Recommended!
