External services
This plugin connects to Brevo to send and manage CRM data.
What the service is and what it is used for
Brevo is a CRM and marketing platform. This plugin uses the Brevo API to create or update Contacts, Companies, and Deals when supported WordPress forms are submitted.
What data is sent and when
When a supported form is submitted and a matching active feed exists, the plugin sends only the mapped field values to Brevo over HTTPS. This may include personal data such as name, email address, phone number, company name, and other custom fields configured in your feed mapping.
Data is sent at the time of form submission. The plugin may also contact Brevo during account connection, token refresh, connection testing, and when notes are added to Brevo records from plugin logs.
