I have tried for over a month to get support for his product and I get a nonsense response days later that has nothing to do with my questions. Is the WordPress equivalent of "Have you tried turning the modem off and on". After doing some reading around the web, I am 95% sure that every positive review is a bogus review. Nobody has "been wanting to build a directory site my whole life". I am extremely disappointed with this plugin. Maybe they will get their act together someday.

Downgraded my review after support broke my site and it’s been down for at least 2 days now with no updates. The Directorist theme is the most professional looking directory theme I've come across so far but unfortunately their support is atrocious and is really letting the business down. It’s unacceptable to allow a site to be down so long when it’s support that broke it in the first place. I hope things improve but I can’t recommend them right now.

Great directory product I could find with many excellent plug-ins and helpful support team that go out of their way to support a beginner like myself. Thank you Directorist team!

I had been wanting to build a directory website for years, but was never comfortable enough in my web skills to do it on my own, and all of the templates and builders I'd researched offered very basic options that would not serve my needs. I found Directorist by chance a couple months ago and it is actually enabling me to make this website a reality! If you've used Wordpress before it's a pretty easy plugin to navigate, and the amount of options it offers for a directory style site (with absolutely no coding experience needed!) are truly unmatched. It has all the options you could need such as multiple directories, many payment options/methods & integrations, etc. There is really a ton of flexibility. Like with any technology there is a bit of a learning curve in some aspects (like certain fields needing to be used in conjunction with each other) but for anything I couldn't figure out on my own, the Support team has been really great. They can help explain the correct usage if you're unsure, and if something is not working to your needs they will literally put a developer on the task! I have never been told "no we can't fix that" or "no we don't support that." They have gone above and beyond my expectations of Wordpress support.
