Εγκατάσταση

Download and activate the plugin
Go to settings => WP Smart Preloader
Choose the Options of your choice
Click Save changes button.

Put the plug-in folder WP Smart Preloader into [wordpress_dir]/wp-content/plugins/
Go into the WordPress admin interface and activate the plugin
Go to settings => WP Smart Preloader
Choose the Options of your choice
Click Save changes button.

Once I added the code below to my functions.php file and adjusted the timing it works great. It will cause a blank page to be displayed if Javascript is turned off.
