Περιγραφή
Selling PDFs, e-books, or digital guides through WooCommerce?
Without protection, your content often ends up freely shared in forums or file-sharing groups within days.
This plugin automatically stamps the buyer’s email address onto every PDF at download time. If the file is shared anyway, the source is immediately traceable.
Want more flexibility? Upgrade to the Pro version to use custom text patterns, customer names, and order numbers.
Features
- Automatic email watermark on every download
- Fail-secure: downloads are blocked rather than served unprotected if stamping fails
- HPOS compatible (High-Performance Order Storage)
- No external services, no API keys
- Translation-ready, German translation included
Limitation
Works with download files hosted locally on your own server (the WooCommerce default). Externally linked download URLs are passed through unchanged.
Εγκατάσταση
- Upload and activate the plugin ZIP
- WooCommerce must be installed and active
- Go to WooCommerce -> PDF Watermark to view settings
